From positioning and websites to team effectiveness and commercial alignment, I help organizations move forward when growth becomes complex.

I’ve spent 15+ years working across marketing, digital, growth, customer journeys, technology and operations. I’ve built marketing functions from scratch, led digital transformation, worked on acquisition and lifecycle programmes, implemented marketing technology, and helped teams turn ideas into something that actually works.
My career has never followed one narrow marketing path. I’m interested in how the different pieces connect: what customers need, what the business is trying to achieve, how marketing creates demand, how technology enables the work, and how we know whether it is working.
I’m usually most useful when a problem sits between functions or doesn’t have an obvious owner. I like understanding the problem first, finding the connections others might miss, and then turning that understanding into a practical way forward.
"Everything counts and everything is marketing."
Every interaction shapes a brand. How a company communicates, makes decisions, treats its employees, serves its customers and shows up in the world all contribute to how it is perceived. Marketing is not a department, it is the cumulative experience people have with an organization.
Important decisions should be guided by data, not opinions. Data helps us understand customer behavior, challenge assumptions and focus on what creates value. The best marketing combines human insight, creativity and evidence to build trust and drive growth.

AI is now part of how I work. I use it to research, write, analyse and build, so I can move faster and spend more time on the decisions that matter.
I’m not an AI specialist or a developer. I treat AI as a practical tool that supports better decisions, productivity and customer experience, while the judgement stays human.
If any of these projects resonate with the challenges you're solving, I'd be happy to continue the conversation.
